Synthetic Biology is a disruptive approach to bioengineering with the promise of revolutionizing many industries across many sectors of the economy. The breakthroughs in DNA synthesis allow scientists to engineer living organisms in novel ways, and high throughput engineering makes biotech applications in fields such as medicine, sustainable development, agritech, and many more!

In this symposium, SINERGY and Twist Bioscience welcome Emily Leproust, CEO of Twist Bioscience, and a stellar panel of synthetic biology experts from Singapore’s leading institutes to discuss what we can do using synthetic biology, and what the future holds.
